Athlete Information
Registration/Packet Pickup
Upon arriving at the house, you will take your gear to your bedroom area. Hang bike on bike rack. Any special food items will put away you may have. We will give you a tour of the house and property. Depending on arrival time either Friday night or Saturday morning we will discuss that plan for the weekend. This will also depend on your needs.
Athlete Responsibility
Athletes from all abilities, all walks of life have attended the camps and we welcome anyone and everyone. However it is your responsibility to inform Kenny of anything you may have a concern with in terms of training, distances, time, etc. Each camp is completely based on each athletes questionnaire. So if something has changed with your life, or training since the questionnaire we need to know and understand so we may adjust accordingly. It is very important to Kenny that he helps everyone as much as possible during his or her stay. This is why the camp is limited to 8 athletes.
Some athletes may have attended other camps around the country or read about them being a big high mileage training, suffer fest. Again each camp will be based on each athletes answers. If it turns out everyone answers that is what they are looking for out of the camp we will focus on that, but for the most part athletes have been looking to improve their abilities, performance and overall education of the 3 disciplines. 🙂 Again if there is something we miss, or you would really like addressed it is your responsibility to convey that to Kenny as mentioned, he wants everyone to leave a better multisport athlete.

Start and finish will be a perfect location from the beach at Holly Recreation. You got Gravel Time Bike, OR Gravel Time Run. That's right do one or do both, the decision is yours. Distances too long for the run, no worries grab a few friends and run the gravel relay.
