The swim is in Kent lake right from the beautiful Maple Beach, the course will change from year to year based on weed growth in the area, so we will move it to keep you out of those weedy areas. So one year we may have a rectangle course, another may be a triangle. Water temps will be in the 70’s.
The bike will take you on an out and back section to one of the park entrances then back around and the climb to the counties’ highest point, before a super fun and fast downhill all the way back to Maple Beach. Olympic athletes will do it again, the course is tree-lined.
The run is going to be very nice out and back along the lake on the lake trail. This is a blacktopped trail that circles the lake. Taking you through forest and tree sections on one side with the lake on the other.
The Transition area will be in the parking lot of Maple Beach, closest to the beach area.
