Event Timing
Back when we started timing there was basically 3- 6 timers per state. Nowadays that number has exploded just like the number of events has. At the end of the day you need to feel confident no matter what happens at your event that your timer can handle the situation.
Since we have produced and timed every type of event we have handled virtually every possible situation from extreme weather situations like a blizzard to a tornado to a complete downpour. When the “you know what” hits the fan rest assured we have your back, and then some.
Example, first year running event, the folks who hired us to time the event were clearly overwhelmed from the start, all of a sudden out of nowhere they get 400 race morning last minute walk ups. They only planned for 50, Annmarie stepped in at registration took control of the entire process and Kenny took control of the start area, then over to the finish area to accommodate the additional athletes and the event started on time without an issue. All 700 runners may not have received a shirt 😉 but they were all timed.

Event Managment
We ask this, why settle for less? Few have the equipment, resources, staff, social media reach, overall footprint and bottom line experience anywhere in the country that we do. So why would you, your company, organization or non-profit organization invest time and money or put athletes safety or your future in the hands of someone who offers less or does not even do event management full time? At the end of the day you get what you pay for. We have had countless people say “well this other person or company is cheaper” but in many cases eventually they contact us again. To be honest the way this business goes is all is great until something happens. Then you know what you get. We have endured events in blizzard conditions, a tornado ripping through the venue at 3:00a.m. With a 7:00 a.m. Start time and only started 30 minutes late. Black flag warning days, extreme wind, dust devils, theft, vandalism, flooding, you name it the show must go on. An experienced full staff with backups to the backups in equipment and 980 events behind you means the show will go on and safely!
The proof is in the event, we have nothing to hide and we invite entire cities, groups, organizations to come experience one of our events, watch the safety, the attention to detail, our staff perform, then do the same with another and decide. One event said at the end of the day I have to be able to sleep at night knowing our event is going to be safe and I am only confident with 3D. Interested in an event let us create it for you, have one that has outgrown you or your group we will take it to the next level.
