With over 25 years of experience, producing 1200 + multi-sports events in 26 states, there are 3 things that haven’t changed:

Safety– Always our number one priority.
3 Disciplines consistently maintains and exceeds the safety guidelines regulated by local, county and state officials, and sports governing bodies. Months of collaborated planning goes into the creation of the best course routes, to ensure that your safety has been taken into full consideration.
All events are staffed by lifeguards, EMS, local law enforcement and trained volunteers, to work together to ensure that safety guidelines are always enforced.

Quality– All events are designed and produced, with the highest quality standards in mind.
Race courses are meticulously chosen, to keep our athletes excited and challenged, while keeping safety the number one priority.
T-Shirts, finisher medals, awards, and other athlete amenities are custom created, for each event.
Athlete raffles are held before each awards ceremony, giving out prizes from multiple sources.
And last-but-not least, athletes are always provided a not-to-be forgotten post-race snack tent!

Commitment– 3 Disciplines has been committed and passionate about creating safe and high-quality events, for over 22 years. We continue to uphold standards and consistently evaluate how we are doing as a company, and what we can do better, for our athletes.
We understand the time, money, and sacrifice that our athletes make to train, buy equipment, and pay entry fees. We have a passion for what we do, and we want you to be passionate too! Our goal is that you walk away happy and feeling that your money was well-spent; not just for a race, but for the whole 3 Disciplines experience.
